Learn a Latin phrase, for example, Ducin Altum!(Go into the deep) / Caelitus Mihi Vires (My strength is from heaven)/ Dei gratia (By the grace of God)/ Dei sub numine viget (It flourishes under the will of God)/ Deo gratias (Thanks be to God )/ Deus nobiscum, quis contra? (God is with us, who can be against us?)/ Laus Deo (Praise to God)/ Dominus illuminatio mea (The Lord is my ligh), etc.

Meditate on 7 sorrows of Our Lady:
- The prophecy of Simeon. (St. Luke 2: 34, 35)
- The flight into Egypt. (St. Matthew 2:13-14)
- The loss of the Child Jesus in the temple. (St. Luke 3: 43-45)
- The meeting of Jesus and Mary on the Way of the Cross.
- The Crucifixion.
- The taking down of the Body of Jesus from the Cross.
- The burial of Jesus.

Adopt spiritually an unborn baby for 9 months, pray one decade of the Rosary for this baby every day and say the following prayer:“O Jesus, Mary and St Joseph, I love you very much; I beg you to spare the life of the unborn baby that I have spiritually adopted and who is in great danger of abortion.Amen” – Prayer of Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen
